Due to the high value and personalized nature of our jewelry, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for standard non-custom items, provided they are in original condition with all tags and certificates intact.
Custom-made or bespoke jewelry pieces created by Ornexa Jewels are specifically designed for you and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the crafting process has begun.
Cancellations for standard orders are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair or replacement after inspection.
Ornexa Jewels offers a lifetime buyback and exchange policy on gold and diamond jewelry at the prevailing market rates, subject to quality checks and deduction of making charges.
